I just ordered my MossBox, when will it be shipped?

To ensure you receive your sea moss as absolutely fresh as it was when we sent it out, we ship all orders between Monday & Wednesday. This prevents your package from getting held up an extra day or two over the weekend. Orders placed between Wednesday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

I just received my MossBox, how should I store it?

Refrigerate or freeze your MossBox immediately upon arrival. For best results, we recommend to keep only a 7 day supply in the fridge at a time. Take more out of the freezer as needed.

How many MossMan’s sea moss pouches should I eat a day?

Most of our clients consume 1-3 pouches daily. We recommend you take a lot of factors into consideration when deciding how much sea moss gel a day is right for you- ie. activity levels, and other factors. Listen to your body, it will tell you when you need more.

What kind of water is MossMan’s made of?

Only the best water is used to wash, filter, and make every batch of our sea moss- and that’s Kangen water. No tap water or plastic bottled water of any kind ever touches our moss.
